At Downtown Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comic-inspired apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
